Residential Support: Ensure food, personal care, recreational and essential living services are accessible to all PwMIs.

Health & Life Skills Monitoring: Regularly assess PwMIs’ physical, mental, and life skills progress, and tailor interventions accordingly.

Individual Case Files: Maintain detailed records for each PwMI under the Trust’s care to ensure continuity and transparency.

Trained Caregivers: Employ and assign caregivers for group and individual support based on specific needs.

Collaborative Tie-ups: Establish formal agreements with local/state health bodies and service providers for integrated support.

Caregiver Training: Facilitate regular training through NGOs and mental health experts to ensure quality care.

Community Sensitization: Educate staff, residents, and stakeholders on how to interact compassionately with PwMIs.

Abuse Redressal: Provide clear channels to address any instances of physical or psychological abuse.

Staff Motivation & Accountability: Encourage empathetic caregiving while holding staff accountable for respectful conduct.

Trustee Role for PwMI: Act as trustee of beneficiary trusts after parents’ demise, with fiduciary and financial responsibilities delegated to appointed representatives.

Positive Orientation: Conduct orientation for families and staff to build a warm, uplifting environment for PwMIs.

Emergency Medical Support: Assist families in shifting PwMI to hospitals during emergencies or planned admissions.
